Clifton Suspension Bridge and Observatory Photo Gallery

The Clifton Suspension Bridge spans the Avon Gorge in Bristol. It was designed by Brunel and opened in 1864 after his death. There is a visitor’s centre on the North Somerset side of the bridge.

Overlooking the bridge is the Clifton Observatory and giant’s cave.
