There’s so many potty training advice books on the market, but this new one from Sarah Ockwell-Smith does offer some useful advice and guidance. She covers many of the issues and rods parents create surrounding lifting and the readiness of continence and how parents and carers can help and hinder that with confusing messages.
It’s a book you will want to read in preparation for potty training. However, if you are at your wits end with it all, you can gain expert guidance and some much needed perspective.
It may initially sound a little bit woo, but actually, it’s a genuinely useful resource with sound psychology behind it.
