Ice Skating at We The Curious Millennium Square Review

If you fancy walking in a winter wonderland this Christmas, Millennium Square outside of We The Curious, is one of the best festive areas in Central Bristol.

There’s a mini fairground with stalls, big wheel and hot food and drink until 16 January 2018. But best of all is the ice rink.

Ice skating takes place daily except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day. There are discounts for members and advanced online booking. If you are feeling wobbly, you can also hire a skate aid. Check out the We The Curious website for additional skate event sessions and free movie screenings.

We went along to a free Members’ event that lasted for half an hour. When skating on ice, half an hour is the longest time in the world, especially if you are clutching the sides of the rink and thinking about mugging a three year old for their penguin skate aid.

If you need a kick start to the festive season, this is brilliant. Our 7pm evening session was perfect with the chilly air and lit event area making for a great evening’s entertainment.
