Ah while I remember @cllrtimkent I seem to recall you were told at the last People Scrutiny that there would definitely not be any EHCP backlog from 2019 this year.

I know these are cherished schools, but one of them failed my daughter badly. She missed over a year of school even with an EHCP. Initially school told the council she didn’t need an EHCP. She now has one, has gone full time at a special school and been diagnosed as autistic.
