As well as protecting the snack when dropped on the floor, she aimed to create better nutritional content to crisps and sweets.<\/p>\n<p>Michelle says: \u201cI knew there was a real need for healthier snack foods that were age appropriate in terms of nutritional content. \u00a0But it wasn\u2019t enough to develop just another range of snack food; my experience as a mum led me to design our innovative \u2018less mess\u2019 packaging that gives parents a convenience they\u2019ll appreciate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The snacks come in single portions using natural ingredients and include: strawberry slices, grape slices, tomato and carrot, root vegetables and tomato and roasted red pepper.<\/p>\n<p>For Chopsy Baby, Michelle O&#8217;Reilly, tested out the Benjoy Munchcups with two year old niece Samantha.<\/p>\n<p>Michelle says: \u201cWhen I look after my niece, I struggle to take her attention away from the rows of sweets and chocolates that she isn&#8217;t allowed. I usually go prepared with a bag or tub of sliced fruit but as her coordination isn&#8217;t perfect it ends up on the floor nine times out of ten.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI find the Munchcup an interesting concept. The snacks themselves are quite tasty. The Crunchy Strawberry Slices, Crunchy Grape Slices, Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper are the best. And, I did find myself trying to get at the Root Vegetable Mini Crisps which were delicious.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen Sam inevitably dropped one of the tubs on the floor, only one piece was lost instead of the whole tub. But I did have to laugh when she got fed up with the plastic shield stopping the snack falling out. To get the crisps out easier she just tore off the plastic.
