As Christmas rolls around again, are you making wise choices when it comes to buying toys as presents?<\/p>\n

1. Don’t be afraid to choose toys with play patterns you enjoyed as a child. Despite the mass of electronic and new-fangled games and gadgets, good old fashioned role play has never gone out of fashion and can capture a child’s imagination for hours.<\/p>\n

3. Parents can easily get kids to play with more of their toys. Making time for a regular sort out, finding missing parts and items and putting them all ‘back together’ can breathe new life into many neglected or forgotten toys.<\/p>\n
4. It’s always a great idea to ring the changes and put toys away for a while and bring them out again so they are fresh and new.\u00a0 Many toys can be exciting again if they haven’t been played with for a while.<\/p>\n
