Parents can still take part in the NSPCC’s Letter from Santa fundraising campaign.<\/p>\n
The campaign organises for a child to receive a special letter from Father Christmas for a suggested donation of \u00a35, which will go to the charity.<\/p>\n
NSPCC community fundraising manager, Alison Armer, said: \u201cLetter from Santa is a great way to light up a child\u2019s Christmas.\u00a0 The appeal also helps us to raise money to support children who are perhaps not as fortunate.\u00a0 It\u2019s not too late to buy your letter so order one now before Santa starts up his sleigh.

\n\u201cOur national helplines \u2013 including ChildLine \u2013 protect children and young people across the UK, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.\u00a0 By supporting our Letter from Santa initiative, you are helping to recruit and train more ChildLine counsellors to answer more cries for help.\u201d<\/p>\n
