Mums still worry that their bedwetting child will cause them judgement and embarrassment from other parents.<\/p>\n
A staggering 75 per cent of 1,531 mums polled by DryNites, believed that betwetting was an embarrassing condition despite it affecting around 600,000 children aged 4-19 years\u00a0in the UK.<\/p>\n
A total of four out of ten feared being judged as a bad parent or worried their child would be labelled because of it.

\nParents won’t talk about it with other parents or ask advice\u00a0because they worry it may cause their child to be bullied.
\n\u00a0
\nOf the parents who took part in the research, 66 per cent thought their child should be dry during the night by four years of age.<\/p>\n
\u201cAbout one in five 4\u00bd year olds aren\u2019t yet dry at night and some children can have bedwetting accidents up to the age of 15 or even beyond, but most children will be dry at night by the time they are 7 or 8,\u201d says DryNites expert
