Parents already feeling the pinch are so concerned about their older kids fitting in, they are willing to get into debt for the &#8216;right&#8217; gadget.<\/p>\n<p>Around 26 per cent of parents said they felt pressure to buy the latest smart phone for their teen and one in five pulled out for brand new laptops.<\/p>\n<p>The findings, taken from a survey of 2,000 parents by VoucherCodes.co.uk, also revealed 9 per cent of parents would be paying more than \u00a3300 for an iPad.<\/p>\n<p>Co-founder of VoucherCodes.co.uk, Duncan Jennings says:\u00a0\u201cSecondary school can be a particularly tough time for children and parents naturally wants to make sure their kids are happy and fit in with their peers.
