Another baby sleep book rolls out, this time from Sarah Ockwell-Smith. She’s a mother of four with an initial degree in psychology, before going on to work in pharmaceuticals, homeopathy and hypnobirthing.<\/p>\n

It’s quite a tome, and perhaps worth reading during the end of pregnancy rather than the early months of sleep deprivation when you spend a great deal of time trying not to punch someone in the face.<\/p>\n

Be prepared for a very anti-control crying stance and a psychological perspective throughout.<\/p>\n
