New research by Lloydspharmacy, shows that more than a third of women deliberately buy clothes too small for them as an incentive to lose weight.<\/p>\n
On average, women confessed to deliberately buying three under-sized items of clothing.<\/p>\n
Scots are the biggest culprits with one in six owning ten or more items to slim into.<\/p>\n
Lloydspharmacy\u2019s weight management specialist, Christine Evans said: “If slipping into a little black dress or a smaller jean size is something someone finds motivating, then buying an under-size garment could be a very sensible investment”.<\/p>\n
“Many people, women especially, have a daily reminder of their size in the form of an item of clothing they want to fit into one day. Deliberately buying these clothes could be an effective strategy. Taking control of
