The Great Bristol 10k will be adding a brand new Family Mile to the running event this year.<\/p>\n
The event which\u00a0takes\u00a0place on Sunday 15 May, will now feature the inclusive Family Mile, specifically added for families with children from three years upwards.<\/p>\n
This year, The Grand Appeal, the Bristol Children\u2019s Hospital Charity, is the nominated official local charity for the event, with runners being encouraged to fundraise for the cause.<\/p>\n
Community and events fundraising manager at the Grand Appeal, Suzanne Maverick \u00a0said, \u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to be the official local charity of the Family Mile at this year\u2019s Great Bristol 10K. It\u2019s a great way to encourage mums, dads and little ones to be active together, all while raising vital funds to help Bristol Children\u2019s Hospital care for sick children from across the south west, and further afield.\u201d<\/p>\n
