A poll of UK adults by DiscountFlooringDepot.co.uk, worries that people are putting their health at risk by believing they can eat food that has been on the floor.<\/p>\n
According to their findings, 39 per cent of people believe the myth that the Three Second Rule protects them from harmful bacteria.<\/p>\n
People are least likely to scrape food off the floor in public, with 17 per cent happy to do this in front of others compared to 64 per cent who do it at home alone.<\/p>\n
A 39 per cent of people admitted to eating food that moved closer to gravity because their floors were clean, whilst 26 per cent didn’t want to cook again.<\/p>\n
