Holiday Resort Unity Review:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The hardest thing about camping is the equipment. Lugging everything you need to survive when spending a few days with family in a confined space is hard work. We don’t even drive, so it’s an additional torture carting tent, sleeping bags and any additional items you might need on the challenging public transport options in the area.<\/p>\n

This time, instead of navigating the minimal number of carriages First Great Western lays on towards the South West, versus the large number of people looking to travel in that direction, we ditched the tent and hired a Euro Tent at our campsite of choice.<\/p>\n

We chose Holiday Resort Unity in Brean, because it’s a large campsite on the edge of seven miles of golden sand. It has a range of entertainment options available as well as excellent facilities. Additionally, it’s just 35 miles from Bristol meaning that when things go wrong, it’s never more than three heel clicks away.<\/p>\n

The Euro Tent is a six person cavernous space with a double and four single camp bed options on the Brown Field site. It features electricity, a sink with cold running water and a large dining table with six chairs. For the three of us it was brilliant. There was plenty of living space, a metal storage rack and all just a short walk to the free showers and toilet block.<\/p>\n

For two nights hire 25-27 July, we paid \u00a399.90, which was an absolute bargain for stress-free camping.<\/p>\n
