Regional figures released by the CSA show by the end of June 2009, 793,900 children across Great Britain were benefiting from child maintenance, with 71,800 children across the south west region.<\/p>\n
Child Maintenance Commissioner, Stephen Geraghty, said: \u201cThese steady improvements in child maintenance are making a real difference to families across the South West.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe changes we are making continue to create a solid foundation for the Commission\u2019s work as we move towards a new child maintenance system, giving parents more choice than ever to suit their own circumstances.\u201d<\/p>\n
