It is a substantially made hard plastic toy which children can interact with. There are buttons and shapes that move, flashing lights, and voices that\u00a0 talk and sing back to the child. When pressing the plunger the toy spins around but stays in one place unlike the original spinning top. Hetty says: \u201cJess really took to this toy much more than I expected her too. She quickly got the hang of the spinning and enjoyed pressing and pulling at the buttons to get a reaction.
