During pregnancy, women can find hormonal changes in the body start to affect their teeth. The normal build up of plaque on teeth can cause gums to become swollen and bleed. Women also report an increased amount of pain and sensitivity caused by temperature and sugary products during this time.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is my third pregnancy and each time my teeth have become really painful\u201d, says 28 year-old Ruby Davidson, from Horfield, Bristol. \u201cMy wisdom teeth are still coming through and keep me awake at night. Tester Ruby was less interested in the science and more with the results. \u201cActually, I am pretty impressed with it\u201d, she says. \u201cAlmost immediately my wisdom teeth were so much better and the pain was less enough at night to let me sleep. As long as I kept up brushing with this toothpaste my gums stopped bleeding quite so much. For parents on a tight budget it is quite pricey but I found the results are worth it and it’s only for nine months.\u201d<\/p>\n
