We have a tiny tyke who loves his food, and more than loving his food loves to mash it between his fingers, squeeze it, then rub it around his face and eventually, when he is bored, into his mouth.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He can use a spoon and fork and has done since he was six months old. He simply makes the mess because he enjoys it. When trying to encourage the use of cutlery it has found itself dashed to the ground and if made of plastic \u2013 smashed.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This tiny terror has destroyed most of his cutlery and will only eat with his hands. Even soup. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In a pursuit of something that would rapidly cure this problem, we encountered the Dinnersarus. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a set of Fred Dinnersarus cutlery including one spoonsaurus, and one forkceratops. Each comes with a full Dinnersaur body, and is well designed for little hands. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Chopsy Baby got a set of Dinnersaurs online from the Powder Room. They were an instant hit with the tiny tyke. He thought they were fantastic and marched them around his plate of food growling them at each other before \u2013 and thank the Lord \u2013 he started to eat with them.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These are strong and comfortable to use cutlery. It has on occasions been thrown and survived intact. Most recently an unfortunate incident involving a kitchen cupboard crashing onto the draining board below caused massive devastation to the Chopsy dinner service. But there, amongst the wreckage of wine glasses, crockery and spoons that now looked like Uri Geller had eaten with them, there, untouched and unmarked was the Dinnersaurus cutlery. Nothing else survived but the dinosaurs.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We think these are funky and toddler friendly items. If your child is a fussy or messy eater, then this cutlery set might just solve that problem. <\/span><\/p>\n
