Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan, cook over a low heat until softened<br \/>\n2. Add the garlic and chilli and cook for 1 minute, add spices and cook for a further minute.<br \/>\n3. Add the cauliflower and squash and toss to coat in spices then add the stock bring to the boil then simmer over a gentle heat for 30 minutes until the vegetables are soft.<br \/>\n4.
