RECIPE: Great Little Ideas to make Bacon Stuffing Balls

Bacon Stuffing Balls
Serves 4

Ingredients
1 packet of Paxo Sage & Onion 85g stuffing mix
200g of streaky back bacon or pancetta strips

Method
Pre-heat the oven to 220ºC/ Gas mark 7

Make the Paxo according to the packet instructions and form the Paxo stuffing mix into eight balls

Wrap the stuffing balls in the bacon and place onto a greased baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes
