First Aid Awareness Week seeks response in survey

First Aid Awareness Week will be taking place from 11 – 15 April this year.

The event is being run by Dorling Kindersley and the UK’s main First Aid providers St John Ambulance, St Andrew’s First Aid and the British Red Cross.

Parents are being asked to take part in a first aid survey, to help the societies and publisher of the First Aid Manual Dorling Kindersly, gain an insight into the public’s attitudes towards CPR.

The latest edition of the First Aid Manual is published by DK on 1 April and includes essential guidance on infant CPR  as well as a handy step-by-step guide to resuscitation.

It is the only guide to be written and endorsed by St John Ambulance, St Andrew’s 
First Aid and the British Red Cross.
