New Parenting Agreements will give grandparents access rights
Grandparents are being given a chance to be a permanent part of their grandchildren’s lives for the first time.
The New Parenting Agreements, will ensure grandparents can continue to have a role in a child’s life after their parents separate.
Until now, grandparents had no access or contact rights to their grandchildren.
The family justice regime is currently under review, led by David Norgrove.
