Stérimar Baby is a nasal spray containing 100 per cent natural sea water from the French coast of Brittany.

It is specifically created for babies aged from birth to three years of age, to unblock noses and soften hardened mucus.

The spray nozzle has been designed to be used at any angle and the spray itself can be used as often as necessary.

Kathryn says: “Joseph has had cold after cold since Christmas and it’s driving me mad. He always has a runny nose or green crusty one. It is hard work because it keeps him and of course me awake at night.

“I have been using the spray almost nightly, but it does seem to be doing the trick. And it helps de-crust his nose. He is really awkward to use it on as he is such a wriggler, but we manage.
