If there is a game guaranteed to get siblings rowing on Christmas Day, Meerkat Mayhem from Paul Lamond Game it is. But despite this, the game which encourages fast reflexes and good motor skills produces as many laughs as tears.

The aim of the game is pretty much to take turns at saving your meerkat and collecting those belonging to other players. A large cobra is pulled from the centre of the game board and everyone has to grab their meerkat before it falls into the pit.

The game is a good laugh – as long as your pincer grip is working. It does take a few warm up games before the speed you need starts to kick in.

These days, popular meerkats can’t put a foot wrong. Older children will love to challenge each other with this fast paced, hands-on game.

Suitable for 2 – 4 players and children aged 6 years and over.
