4321 and go with the weight loss

Have your new years resolutions to lose weight fizzled into nothing? If you still need a little motivation to get going again think of the approaching summer. Getting a Baywatch beach body is not going to happen to most of us but if you are trying to lose weight then try combining it with a detox programme.

One natural product that looks impressive by results is 4.3.2.1, a natural, herbal product that uses plant groups to target problem weight loss issues, reduce water retention and detox the body. In a recent study of the product, 96 per cent of people lost five centimetres off their waist and up to ten pounds.

But if you do try taking a supplement to aid weight loss, this does not mean that you can pig out as well. As part of a detox and natural herbal approach, the 4.3.2.1 contains different plant groups to help detox and reduce body fat as long as you don’t top up with all the baddies of booze, chocolate and burgers.

Mum of one, Emma, volunteered to take the 4.3.2.1. She had her child Olivia 18 months ago and is now looking to shift some of the stubborn baby weight that still bugs her. Emma said: “I don’t look at it so much as a magic pill that will make you lose weight, but one that aids weight loss in a natural way rather than causes it.

I haven’t had any ill effects using the tablets, they do taste very strongly of herbs, especially ones that you find in curries.

In two weeks I had lost a few of pounds and four centimetres off my waist, but I have changed various aspects of my lifestyle cutting out booze, alcohol and restricting chocolate. I couldn’t attribute the weight loss to the tablets, but I don’t think they are doing any harm, and it’s a great incentive. Taking the tablet also keeps reminding you to keep going and they are full of herbs so should be doing some good. I di think it’s a good product depending on how you look at it”

4.3.2.1. Performance Detox costs £15.39 per pack

It is available from independent health food stores and pharmacies, at selected Nutricentre stores and www.nutricentre.com.
