Chopsy Baby Says: “A tasty jam with fewer calories than other brands.”

Rating: 8/10
There are five flavours to choose from in the Weight Watchers low sugar range of jams.

Though obviously a health product, these jams do not compromise on taste. Of course, they aren’t quite as rich in flavour as premium brands such as Hartley’s. But each jar contains visible chunks of real fruit and has a good consistency. Though it’s lower on sugar, it doesn’t contain any artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

When you put the nutritional values of the Weight Watcher’s jams and premium brand Hartley’s together, it is clear that those who are counting the calories are going to win with Weight Watchers.

According to their ProPoints system, their jam has a value of just 1 per 15g serving. It also contains 35 per cent less sugar than standard jams.

The full range of flavours are Apricot, Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Strawberry and Orange Marmalade.
