British Brand and made in the UK, Childs Farm is a range of natural, organic and nasties-free toiletries for children.

There are five products in the entire range – Tame that mane conditioner, Groomed to perfection shampoo, Clean calm and collected bubble bath, caked in mud hair and body wash and Get your feet wet bubble bath for buccaneers – all priced £4.69.

The range is characterised with free range countryside children in lovely packaging imagery. But founder Joanna Jensen is keen to stress that Childs Farm products are not all about looks without depth. She says: There is no room for half measures in our barn. We’re not just about cool and fun packaging – we really know our stuff too.”

As well as being able to purchase products individually, there are now six gift set options aimed at boys or girls and ranging in price from £9.99 to £15.

The packaging somehow manages to be minimal yet attractive and fully recyclable.

The Bubble bath for Buccaneers creates a bath foam containing organic tangerine oil.

The hair and body wash contains Argan Oil – an oil from the Moroccan Argan tree, valued for its ability to nourish and protect the skin, hair and nails.

The scent of both is lovely, smelling richly of organic sweet orange or organic tangerine oil. Both fragrances are like a warm summer day rather than a synthetic walk down the washing powder aisle at the supermarket.

It’s a classier form of bath gift product for children who demand something a little more than Matey.
