Mums anxious about school run Queen Bees

First time mums say they find the daily school run difficult because of playground cliques created by other mothers.

A 47 per cent of first time mums admit feeling more nervous that their child when it comes to entering the school playground.

It seems the Queen Bee role is common at schools, with one self appointing themselves at most schools.

A total of 19 per cent of mums are even planning their outfits to blend in as best as possible with other parents.

The findings come from a poll of 2,000 UK mums by laundry brand Dr Beckmann.
