Dinosaurs of China Exhibition to Run Through the Summer in Nottingham

Families in Nottingham will be able to visit a fantastical Dinosaur exhibition, featuring 3D mounted skeltons, detailed replicas and models, some the height of three double decker buses.

The Dinosaurs of China exhibition will be taking place from 01 July – 29 October 2017 at Wollaton Hall and Nottingham University’s public arts centre.

Curator at the Nottingham Natural History Museum, Wollaton Hall, Dr Adam Smith said: “This exhibition is a one-time opportunity for families to experience a fantastic collection of some of the world’s best preserved dinosaurs, with many having only been discovered in the last 20 years.

“We wanted the exhibition to be a truly unforgettable experience for children and families where they could learn all about dinosaurs. Exciting hands-on activities will take visitors on an evolutional journey, re-living the story of how dinosaurs evolved into the birds which we see today.”
