Bristol Send Protests One Year On – Coronavirus Sees Send Support Ripped Away
Bristol Send Protests One Year On
Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 may have the opportunity to head back to school in England today, but for those with Education Health Care Plans (EHCP) won’t be getting the absolute legal protection the document affords. Provision has dropped to ‘reasonable endeavours’ leaving children vulnerable and potentially without the specialist provision and adjustments they need to access their day and keep them safe.
Bristol Send Justice joined in with Send National Crisis this weekend to remember a day of local and national protest across England.
