SEE Monster Drone Show Weston Super Mare

The SEE Monster Drone Show in Weston Super Mare, was one in a series of three shows which took place at the end of the school summer holidays. The drone displays were a massive hit, with crowds of people filling the sea front and beach at each event.

Rising to the sky on the 28 and 30 of August as well as the 01 September, the ten minute shows featured drone formations including the SEE Monster, moving umbrella, seagulls and planet Earth. The show was set to a soundscape featuring monologues.

SEE Monster Drone Show and Viewing Platform at Weston Super Mare

The SEE Monster, a retired rig from the North Sea, is being transformed into a public art installation at the Tropicana. Visitors can access a free viewing platform to see the work up close.

It is part of a series of creative events by Unboxed, taking place across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales until October 2022.
