Black Cake Filming in Bristol City Centre

Frog Lane in Bristol City Centre took a step back to the 1960s today, with a bustling Christmas crowd scene being shot for Black Cake.

The road, which runs under Park Street, featured market stalls and busy shoppers, whilst a red London bus waited on the bridge above.

Bristol, which has become accustom to pop-up filming locations, was again stepping in for London.

The TV show is based on Charmaine Wilkerson’s debut novel of the same name and will stream on Hulu.
