What seven year olds really want

If you want to check that your seven year old child has normal aspirations, then the Post Office’s new survey reveals what they want most.

The most popular job craved by seven year olds was the immensely competitive vet. In second place, surprisingly, was a teacher with third place given to the health profession. Being a footballer only made fourth place and pop star fifth.

The top three things a seven year old buy should they have £2000 would be a car, a toy, then a game console.

The survey was carried out to coincide with the Child Trust Fund’s seventh birthday.
