Bristol Road Signs Appear In Welsh

St Paul’s residents can be forgiven for doing a double take today, as road signs in Welsh appeared in the local area.

Llwybr troed ar gau, as per the road sign, translates directly into ‘footpath closed’.

The signs closing the corner of Norfolk Avenue and St Paul Street to pedestrians, are just some of the large number of traffic works currently causing rush hour chaos in Bristol.
