Internal organs rupture in new graphic film from the THINK! campaign
For those people still stupid enough not to wear a seat belt whilst travelling in a car, a new advert from the THINK! Campaign may change their mind.
The new £1.3 million campaign launched today by Road Safety Minister Paul Clark, shows how a passenger without a seat belt experiences three impacts during a road traffic accident.
Not only will they experience the impact of the initial crash, but further injury as the moving body hits the inside of the car and the internal organs rupturing when hitting the inside of the body.
The full graphic advert can only be shown after 9pm.
Passengers not belting up in a car are more than twice as likely to die in a car crash then those wearing a seat belt.
