Are you prepared for the new legislation to protect children and vulnerable adults?

This July, a new scheme to prevent unsuitable people working with children and vulnerable adults will be starting.

The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and the Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) will be running the scheme.

To aid people who will be affected by the changes, guidance has been published informing both employers and their employees what action they need to take to be prepared.
