This is a brilliant CD and Chopsy Baby cannot recommend it enough. We were really impressed with the songs and music, and the story at the end was both heart warming and emotional.
Us West Country Carrot Crunchers aren’t left out either. We are treated to the fantastic song Clowning with Sounding which sounds like the pre-school equivalent of the Wurzels. Proper Job!
Silver Balloon was created by Kerry and Neil Blackburn, who decided to make their own children’s music. The artistes behind it have a great pedigree too featuring respected lyricists, musicians and vocalists who have performed with some of the UK’s big acts.
Parents won’t mind bopping along to this either. It is not irritating in any way and strangely we found ourselves playing the CD after the Chopsy child had gone to bed.
It would be a fantastic way to get the birthday party started if given as a gift.
We played our Sidney CD to other parents to gage their reaction. They all thought it was fantastic. This is so much more than the Scary Santa CD where he knows your child’s name. Hearing your child’s name in music is as fun for the parent as well as the child.
