Bristol Parent Carers network launches with free event
Parents looking after children and young people with special needs are being invited to the Council House for the launch of a new support network.
The Bristol Parent Carers network is aiming to help parent carers in the city by providing information about services and support available to them.
A special free launch event organised by The Princess Royal Trust Carers Centre, Supportive Parents and Bristol City Council’s Children and Young people’s Services and will be taking place on Friday 21 May, from 10am until 2.30pm.
There will be the chance to meet other parent carers and representatives from different organisations.
Refreshments will be provided through the day including a free hot meal.
