New website for Bristol parents launches
A new website is launching to help offer Bristol parents online support and information about everything relevant to families in the city.
Marking the start of National Family Week, the new website BristolParentingHub.co.uk, will include national and local information as well as links to local support group and advice on how to tackle difficult parenting issues.
The site has been created by Bristol City Council’s Children and Young People’s Services who have worked with local families to generate the relevant content and a user friendly design.
Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and Families, Councillor Clare Campion-Smith, said: “It is essential that we provide Bristol families with a wide range of good quality information and advice in a form that is easy to access. The launch of this new website is an important part of this. I hope local families will find it a useful starting point when they need to find out about a range of family and parenting issues.”
