High Street store Wilkinson sells a range of baby care products at low prices, most with a no tears formula. The product line includes shampoo, hair and body wash, baby lotion and baby oil.

Laura says: “This was brilliant. Again really mild. I was worried about them drying out Hatty’s skin because they are very cheap in price. But I used this bottle over and over and it has been the best body wash I think I have ever used.”

Laura says: “I don’t use baby oil much on Hatty. She still has some dry patches behind her ears which have been there since birth so I have tried rubbing a bit of this on it. Of course it then makes her hair greasy. I sometimes use this oil to keep my hands and legs moisturised and found it useful for this.”

Laura says: “I have never used baby lotion because I have found over the years that I am allergic to it. I did tentatively try some of this. It doesn’t have a strong chemical smell like some brands do. I got on fine with it on my hands. Pushing a pram in the cold dries out my hands. This lotion helped.”

Wilko Baby Bum Butter

Laura says: “This is another good product. It has a use by date on the bottom too. It seems similar to Vaseline. It’s gentle and creates a good barrier.”
