British Science Association competition for National Science and Engineering Week

This week, running from 12 March to 21 March is National Science and Engineering Week.

To mark the occasion, the British Science Association is running a competition to build a special 200 square metre Green Roof on top of a UK school.

To enter, people need to upload photographs of as many different species as possible they have identified in their local parks, school grounds or hedgerows during this week.

The roof will go to the school managing to achieve the most species.

Currently, there are 50 schools in the running.
