Of course, now the school summer holidays have finished, the sun is out. Despite it being September, it is still important to keep on protecting children’s delicate skin from the sun.

Parents who are also planning on nipping off on a cheap term time break, or stocking up for a winter skiing holiday will also find Johnson’s SunCare range for babies and children a useful addition to the packing.

Though it is recommended to keep babies out of direct sunlight, UV rays can bounce off of surfaces including sand and water. It can be useful applying a sun protection lotion in addition to shade, long but not hot sleeves and a large brimmed sun hat to your infant.
