Could there be many more pleasant ways to spend cold winter afternoons around the festive period than in a warm kitchen creating your very own chocolate masterpiece?

Bath based company Choconchoc, have created the kind of activity parents will love engaging with their children over. It’s a bit different, it’s a bit fun and the end product is very tasty.

The Painting Kit itself requires patience and a steady hand to create the kind of quality end piece featured in the picture.

If you don’t have this kind of patience or skill, then have fun making your messy chocolate monsters instead.

The kit is simple and well thought out. The only faff is melting the chocolate in the microwave and trying to get it into the icing bag. Once this has been achieved, you start to create your chocolate shapes with a template guide under a plastic base to put in the fridge.

Chopsy Baby’s Jen says: “This really is great fun. You don’t need a large kitchen, just a child and a spare hour or so to have great fun with this. The chocolate is quick to set and has a twelve-month shelf life if you are buying for a gift.”
