Greta Thunberg Bristol The Climate Change Protester Joined Bristol YS4C

College Green in Bristol was packed out this morning, after climate change campaigner, Greta Thunberg, was joined by an estimated 30,000 people as part of Bristol Youth Strike 4 Climate.

She spoke to Bristolians for five minutes outside of City Hall ahead of a planned march which took place through central Bristol.

In her speech, she told the crowd that “she will not be silence while the world is on fire.” She accused world leaders of “behaving like children” and that “we should not be the ones who have to lead on this and tell the uncomfortable truth. We will not be silenced because we are change and change is coming whether you like it or not.”
