Half-Term Hands-On History at Brunel’s SS Great Britain

Brunel’s SS Great Britain: Hands-on history experiences will be taking place at Brunel’s SS Great Britain this May half term.

Youngsters with their families will be able to learn more about the personal possessions of Brunel with the opening of the Cabinet of Curiosities.

Whilst it sounds like a feature in a Harry Potter book, through it, youngsters will be able to learn more about Victorian life and Britain’s most famous engineer.

Craft activities will also be taking place throughout the week with the Collage Curator workshop and families will be able to meet the curators of the National Brunel Collection.
