Maths teams required for national school competition

Schools are being encouraged to enter pupils for a national maths competition.

The National Young Mathematicians’ Award is looking for a team of two boys and two girls from each school to enter a series of events based on solving mathematical problems.

The first rounds will be held at local Explore Learning centres on the  01 November 2011.

The Grand Final will take place at the University of Cambridge on the 07 December with the top five Regional Winners.
