MyVoucherCodes.co.uk, worked with parents of children aged between 4 and 6 years of age to find out how much money they spend when getting everything they needed for the big first day.

Parents admitted to spending an average of £70 on school uniform, £20 on PE kit, £15 on shoes and £12 on the school bag alone.
