Parents Spend £800 on IT Support at Home for School Children

British parents are paying out hundreds of pounds to ensure children can complete school and homework during primary school years.

VoucherCodesPro.co.uk surveyed more than 2000 parents about the financial cost of raising children and discovered that an average parents are paying £802 on technology to support primary school learning.

Whilst the biggest school related spend was uniform totalling an average of £1,110 per parent, technology was the third biggest cost.

Computers or laptops, printers and software were the main IT items purchased, with 66 per cent of children using them every day for school purposes.
