School Closures Bristol for Snow – Which Schools Are Closed

Bristol School Closures for Snow March 2018

Bristol continues to be hit by indecisive snow today, with strong flurries quickly fizzling out to nothing.

Weather warnings are in place for the city for both Thursday 01 March and Friday 02 March, with some schools already announcing their closure despite no flakes currently pitched.

Riots are predicted across the city once parents realise that scrambling around for a World Book Day costume will have been a wasted effort. Bristol City Council are already warning parents to be prepared to collect children from school during lunchtime tomorrow.

To find out if your child’s school is closed due to the weather, you could listen to the wireless as suggested, or simply check the council’s website here: https://www.bristol.gov.uk/en_US/schools-learning-early-years/school-closures-list-of-schools
