Stoke survivors urged to take part in national survey
Stroke survivors living in the UK are being urged to take part in a national survey to find out what life is really like afterwards.
The Stroke Association has launched The Daily Life Survey, running until 01 December 2011.
They are aiming to find out how public services such as health, social care, benefits and housing are having an impact on the lives of people affected by stroke and their families.
